Step one
Submit an Enrolment Application
The first step in enrolling your child at AICS is to complete the Application for Enrolment form online via the AICS website.

Once submitted, our enrolment team will review the application and supporting documentation to ensure everything has been completed correctly. If any additional information is required, our enrolment officer will contact you directly.Supporting documentation typically includes:
Birth certificate
Citizenship or residency documentation
Immunisation records
Most recent school reports
NAPLAN results (if applicable)
Medical information or allergy details
Information regarding any special educational needs
Relevant court orders (if applicable)

Providing complete and accurate information helps the school understand each student’s educational background and support needs. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment, as places are subject to availability and assessment.

Step two
Pay the Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee is required when submitting the enrolment application.

Application fees are:
$50 for Kindergarten – Year 6
$60 for Year 7 – Year 12

This fee covers the administrative processing of the application and review of the supporting documentation. Once the application and fee have been received, our enrolment team will begin processing the application and will contact families regarding the next stage of the process.

Step three
Student Interview & Entrance Assessment
For students applying from Year 1 to Year 12, the next step involves attending an interview and completing an online entrance assessment.

This process helps the College understand each student’s academic ability, readiness for learning, and overall suitability for the AICS environment.

During this stage:
Students may sit an online entrance test
Parents and students may attend an interview with school leadership
The College may request background information from previous schools

Following this process, the Principal and Heads of School review the student’s entrance test results, academic history, and behavioural records before making a final decision.
